Congressman Grothman Says Race Relations Are At Low Point

Congressman Glenn Grothman feels race relations in the country are at a 50-year low. He says Civil Rights legislation passed in the 1960s was far reaching and we have had Affirmative Action for more than 50 years. He says protests, police shootings, and police being shot are not helping the situation. He says President Obama supports the Black Lives Matter movement, but that seems to be inciting more. On the other hand he feels law enforcement officers are at fault for some of the shootings that have provoked violence. He says something should be done in these police departments to dial down the temperature. He thinks some police are trained to shoot people too quickly.
