“Coolest Thing Made in Wisconsin” Contest Returns

The “Coolest Thing Made in Wisconsin” contest is back for a third year. The annual competition highlights Wisconsin’s manufacturing industry – which employs nearly 1 in 5 residents. Wisconsin Manufacturers and Commerce head Kurt Bauer says it’s “a fun way to showcase manufacturers from every corner of the state.” Any product manufactured here qualifies. Nominations will be accepted online, starting August 20, at www.madeinwisconsin.com. Some 150 products were nominated last year, when the win went to Oshkosh Corporation’s Joint Light Tactical Vehicle.
