DHS Reports 47 Positive Tests for COVID-19 in Wisconsin

There are now 47 positive tests for COVID-19 in the state
of Wisconsin, according to the latest data released by the Wisconsin Department
of Health Services on Monday afternoon. While the number of people testing
positive continues to grow, the state has also had 504 people test “negative”
for the disease, according to the data. Milwaukee County now has the highest
number of positive tests in the state with 13 positive tests, while Fond du Lac
County’s number held steady at 11. Dane County has the third most positive
tests with 10, while Winnebago, Sheboygan and Waukesha counties all have three.


In Fond du Lac County, the Health Department is asking
people who have been in contact with someone you believe has COVID-19 and are
exhibiting symptoms to isolate at home and call 1-844-225-0147. This request is
especially important for those who have been in contact with someone who was
recently on an Egyptian river cruise.
