Dodge County Man Gets Two Years in Prison after Pleading Guilty to OWI

A 60-year-old Beaver Dam man has been sentenced to two
years in prison after pleading guilty to Operating While Intoxicated. Antonio Rodriguez
Soto will also have an additional four years of supervision after his prison term
ends. In June of this year, a property owner called police to report a car had
ended up on his front lawn in the Dodge County Town of Calamus. Investigators
found the vehicle, driven by Rodriguez-Soto, blew through the intersection of Forest
Road and County Highway DE, hit a stop sign and a tree and continued an additional
50 feet onto the residential property. Results of a blood draw at the hospital found
a blood alcohol level of .344, which is more than four times the legal limit.
