Dodge County Sheriff’s Office Investigates Homicide/Suicide

A 52-old male and a 16-year old male are dead in what the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office is calling a homicide/suicide.

Deputies were called out by the Watertown Police Department at 3:42 a.m. Saturday morning (4/17/21)to 909 Country Ln. in Watertown. According to the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office, evidence at the scene indicates a likely homicide/suicide. In a press release issued by Sheriff Dale Schmidt, there are no other individuals believed to be involved in the incident and there is no active threat to the community.

This remains an active investigation and the names are being withheld pending notification of family members.
