Dozens Of Complaints Filed Against CUSA/RUSA Promoter

Close to three dozen
complaints have now been filed with the State Consumer Protection Agency in
regards to Country and Rock USA customers not getting their refunds. Hypervibe,
the promoter of both music festivals, recently canceled both events, and
legally has up to 60 days to return funds to customers. In a new post on their
Facebook page this week, Hypervibe says they are working with artists, vendors
and others, in an effort to reduce or eliminate financial obligations to preserve cash flow. Hypervibe has told those who purchased tickets if
they don’t want a refund, they can use the 2020 tickets already purchased, for
next year.
