DPI Concerned About Substitute Teacher Shortage

Add a substitute teacher shortage to the list of possible problems caused by the coronavirus. 

The Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction says the virus may scare away subs this fall. Many districts in Wisconsin have had trouble finding enough qualified substitutes for years. D-P-I says fear of catching or spreading the virus will likely only make that worse.
