Drive Thru COVID Testing Continues Through March

The free drive-thru COVID testing at the FDL County Fairgrounds will continue through March. That’s the word from Fond du Lac County Communications and Emergency Management Director Bobbi Hicken. The original plan was to have testing through December 10, but Hicken says testing will continue this Thursday, December 17, pause for two weeks for the holidays, and then start back up January 7^th and run through March 4th. Testing hours are 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and you are asked to register ahead of time at https://register.covidconnect.wi.gov/en-US/ Hicken also said testing numbers have dropped significantly, with only 434 people tested this past week. Total capacity of the drive-thru testing is 850 a week.
