Driver Jumps Curb In Downtown FDL

She was lucky it wasn’t worse. That was the feeling Wednesday afternoon, when a vehicle traveling north on Marr St., left the road and jumped the curb near 2^nd. St., coming to a stop. When FDL PD arrived, they found the 41-year old female operator of the vehicle slurring her speech and very unsteady on her feet. Standard Field Sobriety Tests were attempted but were unsuccessful, while a breath test showed the driver at .297, nearly four times the legal limit.
