EAB Found In Green Lake County
Green Lake County has joined 45 other Wisconsin counties where the presence of the Emerald Ash Borer has been confirmed. The state’s Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection Tuesday confirmed Green Lake, Chippewa, Marinette, Waupaca, and Waushara counties now have the bug that kills ash trees. In Green Lake County it was found in traps in the Towns of Green Lake and Brooklyn. Calumet, Dodge, Fond du Lac, Sheboygan, Washington, and Winnebago counties were already among the counties where the EAB has been confirmed.
