Electrical Fire At FDL Business

No one was injured during a small fire Tuesday afternoon at RB Computer Services at 535 South Main Street in Fond du Lac. Division Chief of Fire Prevention Troy Haase says when firefighters arrived around 4 p.m. Tthere was light smoke in the business at the corner of Main and 14th Streets. A fire was located above the ceiling and it was quickly extinguished. Firefighters contained it to the point of origin. The probable cause is electrical, but that’s yet to be determined by an electrical engineer. Police assisted at the scene with traffic. Fond du Lac Fire Department photo.
