Envision Greater FDL Hopes to Keep Building Economy

Envision Greater Fond du Lac is celebrating their first year as an organization leading and helping the community. The organization is a combination of the chamber of commerce and economic development corporation – and aims to drive and build the economy in the Fond du Lac area. 

CEO Cecilia Harry tells us “you don’t have to access every asset of the economy to benefit from what it’s doing well. And that’s again why a chamber of commerce and economic development corporation is so important to a greater community. Because we’re making sure that we’re being mindful of the elements that create a healthy growing economy over time.”

Harry adds that business owners are encouraged by an improving economy and more things coming to the community – as that helps them attract new, smart talent to the area.
