Evers sworn in today

After 8 years, a new Governor will take over as Tony Evers will be sworn in as Wisconsin’s 46th governor today.  Evers breaks an eight-year Republican reign in the state’s highest office. Republicans still maintain majorities in both the senate and assembly.  Ceremonies take place at the Capitol in Madison, followed by a receiving line outside the governor’s office and concluding with a ball at Monona Terrace in the evening.
