Fall Is Good Time To Review Diet
Experts at the UW say it’s a good time to review your diet as we move from fall towards the cold dark months of winter. UW-Extension nutritional sciences professor Beth Olson says you shouldn’t be ashamed of using packaged fruits and veggies in the winter.
“Using Frozen and canned gives you the option of a lot of variety. Maybe you can get some fruits and vegetables that you wouldn’t be getting in the winter if you were only using fresh.”
