Fatal Accident on Triple T Road

Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s officials have identified the two Fond du Lac teens killed in a rollover accident on Triple T Road in the Town of Forest over the weekend. Brandon J. Mans was driving the vehicle when he lost control on a curve and the car rolled over into a farm field. He was ejected from the vehicle and died at the scene. His passenger, Ari E. Ebling-Hopf, also died at the scene. Sheriff’s Captain Rick Olig says speed was a factor in the accident, which although discovered Sunday morning may in fact have occurred sometime Saturday night.

At 7:21 am on November 16, 2014, the Fond du Lac County
Sheriff’s Office responded to a one vehicle role over accident on Triple T Rd
approximately 500 feet west of Log Tavern Rd in the town of Forest.  The accident occurred when the driver of a
lone westbound vehicle lost control in a curve and rolled over in a farm field
on the south side of the roadway.  The
driver, a 19 year old Fond du Lac man, was ejected from the vehicle and was pronounced
deceased at the scene.  The other
occupant, a 19 year old Fond du Lac female, was also pronounced deceased at the
scene.  Also assisting was the Mt.
Calvary Ambulance and Fire Department. The accident remains under investigation
by the Sheriff’s Office.  The names of
the deceased will be withheld pending notification of next of kin.
