FDL Area Transit Still Running, But Urging Essential Trips Only

Fond du Lac Area Transit is reminding all residents that, while the buses are still running, they still urge PASSENGERS TO STAY HOME! FDLAT is still running from 6:00am – 6:30pm to help passengers get to essential places such as the grocery store, medical appointments, and work.

FDLAT also notes they have cut morning and afternoon peak hour services, which were the extra routes between 6:30am – 9:00am and 3:00pm – 5:30pm. Transit officials say they have taken measures to follow social distancing, and have large portions of the buses  roped off to keep passengers a safe distance from the driver.

FDLAT is also asking everyone to enter through the back door of the bus. These precautions are in place to keep everyone safe and healthy during the COVID-19 outbreak.
