du Lac Police are investigating an armed robbery thatg was reported at the
Speedway convenience store at 55 West Johnson Street at 12:49 this morning. An
employee told officers that a man entered the store, implied he had a weapon and
demanded cash. After getting an undisclosed amounty of cash he fled on foot out
a door on the north side of the business. The suspect
is described as a white male (possibly in his 50’s or 60’s) wearing a green
coat, winter hat, glasses, and tan pants. No
one was injured during the incident. Anyone
