FDL Arson Suspect Pleads Not Guilty

A 28-year-old Fond du Lac man suspected of setting his home on fire has pled not guilty to charges stemming from the April 14th incident. Colin Habram waived his preliminary hearing in Fond du Lac County Court Thursday afternoon and was bound over for trial. He was then arraigned on arson, 1st degree recklessly endangering safety and animal mistreatment charges and entered the not guilty pleas. A cat and dog died in the fire at 410 Ellis Street.  According to the criminal complaint Habram was out of work and hooked on heroin when he allegedly set the fire. The home was going through foreclosure.
