FDL County Free COVID-19 Testing To Remain Open Through March 4

The Fond du Lac County Health Department is encouraging people to continue to utilize the free community COVID-19 testing site that’s available for anyone who needs a test. Fond du Lac County Public Health Officer Kim Mueller says the local testing site will continue to be offered at the Fond du Lac County Fairgrounds on Thursdays through March 4^th. 

“We’ve been having lower turnouts so just remember, if you feel you need a test for any reason, please take advantage of this opportunity. Go to the Fairgrounds, you don’t have to sign up ahead of time, it’s a very quick, simple, easy process, you stay right in your car and it only takes a couple of minutes.” 

The health department recommends anyone who is experiencing symptoms of coronavirus, or has been in close contact with someone who has tested positive to get tested. More information on available testing sites can be found at the health department website.
