FDL County Home Sales Up In May
The sales for existing homes in Fond du Lac County and the median price of those homes both increased in May compared to the same month last year. According to the Wisconsin Realtors Association home sales in the County were up nearly 30 percent (29.7%) last month while the median price of those homes increased by 9.4 percent. A total of 166 homes were sold in the County in May compared to 128 the previous May. Meanwhile across the state homes sales were up 1.3 percent for the month and the median price of those homes rose 5.8 percent.
