FDL County Public Health Officer Rescinds Order #1

The State Supreme Court announced on
Wednesday they were striking down the Safer At Home order extension, and since
then it’s been a fast and furious case of who’s open and who’s not. And we’re
not just talking businesses.

Public Health Officer Kim Mueller announced Thursday she was making a change to
Public Health Order #1 she had  issued
for the county. Mueller said Public Health is strongly recommending all
businesses and community members continue practicing preventative measures as
recommended by the CDC.

Across the state, more and more cities are
choosing which side of the Safer at Home order they will stand on. The cities
of Appleton and Menasha along with the counties of Outagamie and Winnebago have
issued their own order extensions, saying they prefer to have statewide guidelines
in place, before they issue the all clear.
