FDL County Voting For State Supreme Court And State Treasurer’s Referendum

Fond du Lac County voters took an opposite path in voting for the State Supreme Court Race and on the State Treasurer Referendum. County voters gave Sauk County Judge Michael Screnock about 57 percent of the vote, but Milwaukee County Judge Rebecca Dallet won the race getting 56 percent of the statewide votes. Statewide voters rejected a constitutional amendment that would have eliminated the State Treasurer’s Office, but in Fond du Lac County the referendum passed by 156 votes.

Also in the Town of Springvale voters approved a referendum that will allow the Town Board to appoint the Town Clerk, the vote was 86 yes to 33 no votes.
