FDL Fire/Rescue Announces Promotions

The City of Fond du Lac Fire/Rescue announced a number of department promotions Friday (4/8/2022).

Garth Schumacher was promoted to Assistant Chief.

Nicholas Czaja and Tyler Huenink were promoted to Engineer.

And Noah Lorenz was recognized for his completion of Probationary Status.

Fond du Lac City Clerk Maggie Hefter administered the oaths of office.

The promotions come just days before Chief Peter O’Leary is set to begin his retirement.
