FDL Has One Of Lowest Unemployment Rates In The State
Unemployment rates for the City and County of Fond du Lac in May were among the lowest of state’s cities and counties. Both jobless rates decreased by a tenth of a percent; the City’s rate was 2.5 percent and the County’s 2.3. That put the City at the fourth lowest in the state and the County at the third lowest. According to federal labor statistics Fond du Lac employed 400 more people in May than April and employs 1,200 more than last May.
