FDL HS Culinary Arts At Empty Bowls

Kyle Schneider, Ashley Vang, and Sam McCoy, Fond du Lac High School Culinary Arts 3 students, prepared for the hungry crowd that the Empty Bowls event always draws. Students developed the recipe that was used and Aramark donated the majority of the ingredients used for the chili. Over 40 pounds of hamburger, 12 pounds of green onions and 10 pounds of cheese for garnish, went into making this delectable soup.
