FDL HS Threat Suspect Waives Hearing

The 17-year-old Fond du Lac man who allegedly wrote a threatening note against the Fond du Lac High School has been bound over for trial. Austin Hill waived his preliminary hearing Thursday. He was one of two teens responsible for a note found in a hallway that mentioned the school was going to be shot up. According to the criminal complaint he was trying to get himself and two others out of school. Hill allegedly told investigators he felt real bad about the threat. A 16-year-old student who dropped the note in a high school hallway was referred to juvenile authorities.
