FDL Man Back In Court On Reckless Homicide Charge

The 27-year-old Fond du Lac man suspecting of helping a friend buy the heroin that led to the friend’s death will be back in Washington County Court today. Jacob Tuzzolino is facing a 1st degree reckless homicide charge. According to the criminal complaint, Tuzzolino went to Milwaukee with 54-year-old Michael Sarwas of West Bend on October 14 of last year to help him buy a truck and heroin. The next day Sarwas’ son found him dead of what was later determined to be a heroin overdose.
