FDL Man Charged For Applebees Threat

The 32-year-old Fond du Lac man who wrote a threatening letter to Applebee’s corporate office in Waukesha was charged in Fond du Lac County Court Tuesday. Bond was set at $1,000 cash for Anthony Guerrero who is charged with making terrorist threats and defamation for threatening to bring a firearm to work. According to the criminal complaint he had a beef with a co-worker at the Applebee’s in Fond du Lac and posed as that employee in the letter. He allegedly threatened that the next employee that made him angry “will get popped.” The threat shut down the Fond du Lac Applebee’s last Thursday. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for June 22nd.
