FDL Man Found Guilty in Child Sexual Assault Case

man could possibly spend the rest of his life
in prison – after a jury found him guilty on 44 charges – including first-degree
sexual assault of a child and distributing marijuana to minors. 35-year old
James Rasmussen provided marijuana to a number of children from April 2013 and
August 2015 before sexually assaulting two of them. Rasmussen faced 50 total
charges during his nine day trial. The maximum penalties for all of the crimes
would total about 500 years. Rasmussen will be sentenced in February.
