FDL Man Sentenced in Attempted Homicide Near Sheriff’s Office

A Fond du Lac man will spend the next 20 years behind bars in
connection to a shooting last December. 33-year old Antino Jones will also
spend 15 years on extended supervision on a felony charge of Attempted First
Degree Intentional Homicide. Jones entered an Alford plea to the charge back in
July.

Last December, Jones fired three rounds at another person along Western Avenue
across from the Fond du Lac
County
Sheriff’s Office –
striking the person in the abdomen – along with hitting a vehicle. The victim
was rushed to the hospital and survived.
