FDL Memorial Day ProgramTo Be Live-Streamed
The City of
Day parade will not be held today, after organizers were forced to cancel the
event because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite the cancellation of the
parade, a shortened Memorial Day program will still be held later this
morning as a Facebook Live event. Fond du Lac County Veterans Service
Officer Rick Patton tells KFIZ News they are asking the public to stay at home
and watch the program, instead of coming out to Veteran’s Park. You can look for the live stream of the program
on the
Office Facebook page starting at 10:45 this morning. We will also share the
live video on the KFIZ Facebook page.
