FDL PD SWAT Team Training At Marian Today

The Fond du Lac Police Department’s SWAT Team in partnership with Marian University will be conducting training on National Avenue near the Marian University campus today from 8am until 4pm.  This is a planned training event and National Avenue will be closed to vehicle and pedestrian traffic from E. Division St. south to E. 2^nd St. during this time.

During the training, SWAT Team members will be dressed in tactical gear, carrying their weapons and using other specialized equipment.  Again, this is part of the planned training exercise.
