FDL Police Investigating Shots Fired

The Fond du Lac Police Department is investigating a report of gun shots being fired in the area of 5^th St between Main and Marr St. The incident took place Friday, December 11, 2020 at approximately 11:07 am, with Fond du Lac Police receiving multiple calls of people reporting that they heard what sounded like gun shots coming from the area of 5^th and Main St.  Officers did recover some shell casing evidence in the in the 100 block of 5^th St. Responding Officers canvassed the area and were unable to locate any victims or damage to nearby residences.
