FDL Police Looking for Suspect in Double Stabbing

Fond du Lac Police are looking for a suspect in a double
stabbing that happened Saturday on East Johnson Street. Officers were called to
the 100 block of Johnson Street around 5:30 pm for a report of a man that was
wielding an axe. Two people on scene were found to have been stabbed in the
hands and forearms. They were taken to St. Agnes Hospital for treatment of
non-life threatening injuries. Police say the suspect, identified as 36-year-old
Joseph G. Aleman of Fond du Lac, ran from the scene prior to police arriving. He
is believed to be armed with a pocket knife or some type of edged weapon. Anyone
who has information about where Aleman may be is asked to call Fond du Lac
