FDL Salvation Army to Hold Hurricane Relief Drive

The
Salvation Army of Fond du Lac County is holding a disaster relief drive to
benefit the victims of Hurricanes Harvey and Irma. The drive will be held at
the Fives Giddings & Lewis parking lot at the corner of Macy and Johnson
Streets Thursday September 21^st through Sunday, September 24^th.
Donations from the community will be received and put into a semi truck from 6am to 7pm Thursday and Friday and from 8am to 4pm on
Saturday.

Community
donations and volunteer help to collect items are needed. Items requested are
canned meals, tuna, boxed instant meals, pasta, spaghetti sauce, rice, cereal,
baby supplies, personal hygiene products, hand sanitizer and baby wipes. Items
that will not be accepted are water and beverages, clothing, chocolate or
perishable items. Please avoid items that pare packed in glass. Large donations
from organizations, churches and businesses are welcome. For more information,
