FDL School Board Approves Increase In Pay For Support Professionals

The Fond du Lac School Board Monday night approved a 1.26 percent increase in pay for members of the Educational Support Professionals Association. Wages are based on a base wage and the rate of the increase is based on the Consumer Price Index.  District Superintendent Jim Sebert says the union is made up of secretaries and instructional assistants all of which are an integral part of what the district does.  The board also approved a High School English field trip to England and Scotland in June of 2019. Sebert says it is just another example of the incredible opportunities that adults in the district make for kids. Fondy Pride Awards were also given to high school swimmer Grace Sphatt for her trip to the state swim meet and football players Adam Hopper and Henry Lange for being selected to the All-State team.
