FDL School Board Preview

The Fond du Lac School Board will consider hiring a new principal for Lakeshore Elementary School when they meet tonight. District administrators are recommending the hiring of Kelly Barkovich-Smith who most recently worked as a special education instructional coach for the district. She was one of five finalists from a field of 48 candidates who applied for the position. The Board will also consider increasing the price of school lunches by 10 cents. The Board meets at 5 p.m. at the District Administration Center Board Room on West 9th Street.
