FDL School Board Renews Contract With STEM Academy

The Fond du Lac School Board this week approved the charter school contract between the school district and the STEM Academy. It is good for another five years. The Academy stresses the importance of Science, Technology, Engineering and Math to third through fifth graders. District Superintendent Jim Sebert says it has been a good partnership that also involves businesses like Mercury Marine. Sebert says next year they will look at renewing the five-year agreement with the STEM Institute.
