FDL Sex Offender Has Change Of Address
A 35-year-old Fond du Lac sex offender has had a change of address. Elijah Thomas is now living at 165 East 1st Street. Thomas was convicted of 3rd degree sexual assault and disorderly conduct charges. His victims were 13 and 14-year-old girls he knew. He is on GPS monitoring.
