FDL Teen Found Not Guilty Of Terrorist Threats

A Fond du Lac County jury has found a 17-year-old Fond du Lac man innocent of making terrorist threats and disorderly conduct. Carlos Martinez was on trial this week for allegedly making a threat to “shoot up” the Fond du Lac High School last April. According to the criminal complaint a female student heard Martinez make the threat near the door of a classroom at the end of a class. The threat apparently left the student shaken. The three-day trial concluded with the jury’s “not guilty” verdict Thursday.
