A Fond du Lac woman is accused of writing bad checks at multiple Dodge County grocery stores.  Regan Garb is facing three counts each of: felony Forgery, felony Identity Theft, and misdemeanor Issuing a Worthless Check.  According to the criminal complaint, the 34-year-old stole the checks from her boyfriend’s sister.  She allegedly wrote them for a total of just over $700 at grocery stores in Juneau, Randolph, and Waupun.  If Garb is found guilty on all counts, she faces over 38 years in prison.  An initial appearance in Dodge County court is set for November 23.
