“Fill the Boot” off to a Good Start

It was a good start to this year’s Fill the Boot campaign
with Fond du Lac Firefighters Local 400. On Tuesday, firefighters collected
money for the Muscular Dystrophy Association at the intersection of Division
and Main Streets in Fond du Lac. Their efforts on day one raised a total of
$4,552. Coming up next Friday August 11th, you can help Fill the Boot at the
KFIZ/107.1 The Bull studios on Winnebago Drive in Fond du Lac from 6:30 am
until 1pm. Also on the 11^th, A&W of Fond du Lac will be donating
$2 from every root beer float sold to MDA. The final Fill the Boot effort will
be held Friday, August 18^th at the intersection of Division and Park
in Fond du Lac.
