Fire Damages Brooke Street House
Fond du Lac Fire/Rescue and the Fond du Lac Police Department responded to a report of a house fire in the 200 block of Brooke Street in the City of Fond du Lac Monday, October 3, 2022.
Just before 1 PM, the Fond du Lac County Communications Center received multiple calls of a house on fire at 248 north Brooke Street for a report of smoke and flames coming from the house.
Upon arrival, fire crews found heavy smoke with flames on the front porch and inside the house.
Crews quickly knocked down the fire and entered the house to check for people, and to extinguish any fire in the house.
The house was unoccupied at the time of the fire.
North Fond du Lac Fire Department assisted at the scene.
