Fire Destroys FDL Auto Dealership

A Fond du Lac Auto Dealership was destroyed by fire
Sunday night.

Fond du Lac Fire and Rescue Crews were called to the Be
Smart Auto Mall on Van Dyne Road just after 9 pm for a report of a structure
fire. When firefighters arrived on the scene, they found a building and several
cars that were adjacent to the structure on fire.

A news release says the fire caused extensive damage, and
the building is considered a total loss. No injuries were reported. The cause
of the fire remains under investigation.
