Fishy’s Bakery Continuing The Bob And Bonnie’s Tradition

Bob and Bonnie’s Donuts has a new location and a new name. Dan and Jessica Fishelson bought Bob and Bonnie’s a little over two years ago. Dan says their wholesale business has grown and they now have a new location on S. Pioneer Road between Ray’s TV and Appliance and Partners By Design. He says they converted the former Hansmen’s Landscaping into a big bakery with a retail area in the front. They are now named Fishy’s Bakery, but they still are selling the donuts and cakes Bob and Bonnie’s have been known for over the past 37 years. The retail store will be open 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesdays through Fridays, and the traditional hot donut sale will continue on Thursdays from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. Dan asks that people email their pre-orders and order cakes online.
