Flatoff to Spend Life in Prison

The man convicted on multiple charges for a hostage situation that ended in another man’s death – has been sentenced to 100 years in prison. Brian Flatoff appeared in court for the sentencing hearing Wednesday without a lawyer to represent him. Flatoff was found guilty on 14 counts for the 2015 standoff at Eagle Nation Cycles in Neenah. He is charged with felony murder in the death of hostage Michael Funk, and two counts of attempted homicide for shooting at Neenah Police Officers.
