Fleet Farm Bomb Threat Suspect Pleads Not Guilty

The 17-year-old Fond du Lac man suspected of a bomb scare at the Fleet Farm in Fond du Lac was arraigned last Friday in Fond du Lac County Court. Christopher Porter pled not guilty to a charge of making a bomb scare. An employee at the store on Rogersville Road found the threat on July 3rd and police were called. The store was evacuated while the store was searched. Porter worked at the store at the time of the threat. A plea and sentencing hearing has been scheduled for December 2nd.
