Fleet Farm Purchases New HQ Building in the Fox Valley

Fleet Farm will be moving its corporate headquarters into a
new facility in Appleton in early 2020. The retailer announced Wednesday it has
agreed to purchase SECURA Insurance’s 192,000 square foot facility on Memorial
Drive and plans to relocate its headquarters from its current location on south
Lynndale Drive, where it has maintained its offices for the last 45 years. The
property became available after SECURA decided to build a new home office in
the Village of Fox Crossing, which it plans to move into in October of this
year. Around 500 Fleet Farm employees will occupy the new building, including
as many as 70 jobs that will be transferred from the company’s Brainerd,
Minnesota offices. The move to the new building begins on January 1st
and all operations are expected to be in the new location by March.

Fleet Farm owns and operates 43 stores across the upper Midwest,
including locations in Fond du Lac, Oshkosh, Beaver Dam, West Bend and
Plymouth.
