Fond du Lac Man Convicted Of Voter Fraud

A Fond du Lac man was found guilty for illegally voting in the November 3, 2020 election Wednesday.

64-year-old Donald Holz entered a no contest plea in Fond du Lac County circuit court and
was sentenced to 10 days in jail and ordered to pay $500 in fines as well as court costs.

Holz was on felony supervision stemming from a drunk driving conviction and therefore was
ineligible to vote.

Holz faced a maximum penalty of three years and six months imprisonment and a $10,000 fine.
