Fondy Wins At Oshkosh North

The Fond du Lac
football team pulled away from Oshkosh North  26-7 on Friday night at a rainy JJ Keller
Field at Titan Stadium.  Fondy trailed
7-6 at the half.  As North’s Tyler Kujawa
hits Geoffrey Cullen on a 27 yard scoring play with 8:37 left in the 2nd
quarter.  Fondy game right back as Quinn
Woelfel connected with Joe Kuber on a 66 yard score. The extra point was
blocked.  In the 2nd half
Woelfel scored from one yard out and Justin Maratik put it away with a pair of
1 yard TD runs.   Maratik finished with
79 yards on 23 carries to go along with his 2 scores.  Woelfel was 10 of 18 through the air for 178
yards.  Joe Kuber caught two passes for
68 yard.  Elliot Dittmer had 61 yards on
20 carries to lead North (2-3, 1-3). 
Fondy (5-0, 4-0) will host Oshkosh West for Homecoming next Friday night
at Fruth Field.
